Is considered to be the Downtown sector of Burlington. Maple

Maple is home to the most popular mall in Burlington, Mapleview Centre Mall. The Maple area has an array of housing such as older detached homes including 1 ½ storeys, bungalows, and 2 storeys, townhomes, and many high rise condo apartments.

Brant

Brant Neighborhood incorporates part of the downtown business district and borders the QEW to the North, Lake Ontario to the South and Brant Street on the West. Guelph Line is the Eastern boundary. Neighborhood amenities included an extensive selection of restaurants and specialty shops offering an excellent choice of cuisines and shopping options. Throughout the year Brant and Maple Neighborhoods are home to major events including, Taste of Burlington, Winter Carnival, Festival of Lights and Youth Fest to note a few.

Plains

This area is conveniently located close to all amenities, and it contains the Burlington GO Station making it an excellent choice for train commuters. Also in close proximity to the popular Royal Botanical Gardens where families can shop, dine and have fun at special events throughout the year.
