Palmer and Tansley
The desirable community of Palmer-Tansley offers two neighbourhoods in one, with Palmer providing the mature area were homes built about 30 to 40 years ago. Tansley is a newer neighbourhood offers a mixture of detached, semidetached & condominium town houses, and is considered a prime area to raise families. Although many of the homes in this area have been updated with modern finishes and curb appeal, this is also great location to look for a well-priced original home in need of updating. If you are looking for a house that is built well and can be remodelled to suit your own personal style, the Palmer community is a great place to search. It is also common to find homes with the Tudor look in this area. Although this is an older community, many home buyers are drawn to it because it is still affordably priced and the properties are larger than in the newer communities in Burlington.
